D-020 "Saar" Combination Air Valve for Sewage 
This double orifice air valve has solved one of the problems with air valves on sewage, i.e. Fouling up to the orifice resulting in sewage leaking to atmosphere. The valve has a unique mechanism which ensures that sewage never rises above a certain level in the valve due to the trapment of a gas pocket in the top of the air valve. The top mechanism is the unique patented rolling seal mechanism which has been modified for use on sewage. The larger orifice size remains the same for the whole range of sizes available from 50mm to 200mm, whereby only the flange inlet changes in size. The valve is available in steel body with Rilsan coating or in a complete Stainless Steel body.
Guarantees complete separation of the liquid from sealing mechanism by creatng an air gap at the top of the valve. - The air gap, guaranteed even under extreme conditions, is achieved by a conical body shape that maintains maximum distance between the liquid and the sealing mechanism; while obtaining minimum body length.
- Spring loaded joint between stem and the upper float, to ensure that vibrations of the lower float will not cause movement of the top float and unseal the automatic orifice. Release of air will occur only after the accumulation of enough air.
- Funel-shaped lower body ensures that the residue sewage matter will sink back into the system and be carried away.
